      Greg, I wanted to let you know that my backyard looks absolutely fantastic; thank you!  I really appreciated the fact that at the end of your workday my backyard was clean and tidy, everything was put away.  Your crew was very polite and helpful.  If I was not happy, you and your crew were not happy.  Your bid wasn't the lowest nor was it the highest.  As you know, I used to work with masons and one of the biggest reasons I chose you is because of your background in the industry.  Again, thank you for a job well done.  Please add me to your referral list as my backyard looks like it came out of a magazine.

Dana and I want to thank you for the incredible job that you did on our backyard.  You and your crew were first class every step of the way.

As you know, our backyard was unusable because of the steep downward slope, and there were many variables that complicated the job.  When other contractors were submitting outlandish bids and telling us why it was so expensive, you were our saving grace.  I will always remember your comforting words, "Rob, we can do this."  And did you ever do it!

Our backyard is more incredible than we ever dreamed.  When friends and family come over for the first time, they are completely blown away by what they see.  And more importantly than that, our kids have a big beautiful play area where they now spend the majority of their free time.  We will always be grateful for what you and your amazing crew did for our family.
